Ben has 20 years experience in martial arts striking and pad work in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. He is strong at teaching basic fundamentals, body mechanics with an emphasis and focus on technique through combinations and drills based on the individual's skill set.

My biggest fulfillment as a dance & fitness educator is witnessing my students discover the amazing things their beautiful bodies can do and tapping into the incredible versions of themselves they didn't even know existed.”

Feona is a passionate 500-hour Yoga Teacher. She started her yoga journey in Dubai and was trained by many yoga mentors across the world and has been certified in Rishikesh, India. She teaches various yoga styles including: Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, yin and Pranayama.
