Ben has 20 years experience in martial arts striking and pad work in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. He is strong at teaching basic fundamentals, body mechanics with an emphasis and focus on technique through combinations and drills based on the individual's skill set.

My biggest fulfillment as a dance & fitness educator is witnessing my students discover the amazing things their beautiful bodies can do and tapping into the incredible versions of themselves they didn't even know existed.”

Her expertise extends beyond the dance floor, as she has previously served as the core trainer in Manila, specializing in Barre coaching. Mia's unique blend of skills, coupled with her unwavering enthusiasm, is sure to inspire and elevate your fitness experience.
